What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a Webflow Web Developer who will be responsible for turning website designs into Webflow websites.
Responsibilities
- Convert Designs into Functional Websites
- Translate high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow websites.
- Ensure accurate implementation of design elements, animations, and interactions while maintaining the designer’s vision.
- Build and Maintain Webflow CMS Structures
- Develop scalable and well-organized CMS structures in Webflow for dynamic content.
- Implement reusable components and modular systems to improve efficiency.
- Optimize for Performance and Responsiveness
- Ensure websites are fully responsive across devices and browsers.
- Optimize websites for fast loading speeds, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Implement Custom Animations and Interactions
- Create engaging animations and interactive elements in Webflow to enhance user experience.
- Use Webflow’s native tools or custom code (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) where necessary.
- Collaborate with Designers and Team Members
- Work closely with designers to understand project goals, design intent, and brand guidelines.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and other team members to ensure timelines are met.
- Troubleshoot and Test
- Identify and resolve bugs, responsiveness issues, or functionality concerns during development.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure high quality and seamless user experience.
- Maintain and Update Existing Websites
- Provide updates, optimizations, and ongoing maintenance for existing Webflow sites.
- Implement changes or new features based on client feedback or project requirements.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Trends and Tools
- Continuously explore Webflow updates, best practices, and new features to enhance development workflows.
- Research and apply innovative solutions to improve website functionality and design quality.
- Integrate Third-Party Tools and Platforms
- Set up integrations with tools like Zapier, Airtable, HubSpot, or other no-code/low-code platforms when required.
- Ensure seamless connection between Webflow and third-party systems.
Requirements
- Experience & Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects built from Figma or similar design tools
- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and Webflow’s capabilities.
- Experience working with modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Webflow Designer and Webflow CMS, including custom interactions, animations, and CMS structures.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to implement custom code when needed.
- Ability to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of Figma designs in Webflow.
- Familiarity with optimizing websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
- Attention to Detail:
- Ability to maintain design accuracy, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality standards.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and bug resolution.
- Problem-Solving & Collaboration:
- Comfortable collaborating with designers to understand their intent and turn designs into functional websites.
- Ability to communicate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bonus Skills (Optional):
